Beach Wedding Decorations

Many people now days are looking for a more relaxed and exotic location for their wedding. There will not be any other place more relaxing than a beach. A beach wedding is becoming popular among couples. It is great idea to stroll along the beach with your partner listening to the waves of sea.

However the beach wedding decoration is even simpler than you think because you are already having the sun, sand and the sparkling water. However there are lots of beach elements that you can put together to decorate the wedding location. The beach elements which you can include in your beach wedding decorations are like conchs, sea shells, pearls, decorative rocks, star fish, glass marbles, nets, oars, anchors, rope, drift woods, buoys, life rings, surf, sea icing and many other elements you can include.

You can easily get the sea shells in various shapes and sizes which you can put on tables and even on top of the cake. Star fish can also be placed on tables. A conch shell or a starfish can be used as a cake topper. To decorate the cake use pearls and smaller shells.

Hang nets and ropes on walls and put shells, starfish and life rings into it. Anchors and life rings can be hanged from the walls. Put oars leaning to the wall. Even a drift wood will also add beauty to your beach wedding decoration. Don't forget to use tiki torches to light up the surrounding. When you are thinking of colors in your beach wedding decoration then go for colors like white, sea blue, and sandy tan colors. Even a light yellow color will also compliment with the theme.

As a centerpiece you can put crystal or glass bowls filled up with sand, glass marbles, sea shells, star fishes and pearls. Candles with tropical fruit scents in a glass or crystal votive would also be a good centerpiece. The reflection of candle lights on marbles and shells will give a nice effect. Flowers are always a great idea. A bunch of tropical flowers can be put as a table centerpiece.

You can also use tropical fruits like papaya, coconut, kiwi and mango to decorate the location. Spread the grass skirts below tables. Decorate chairs with string garlands of shells, starfish or pebbles. You can also hang the starfishs on ceilings or you can stick them on walls.

Place the four rattan poles into the sand in vertical position and cover it with white gauze from the top as a canopy where your guests can sit and take rest. Put white buckets in-between to hold the water bottles so that the guests can get it whenever needed throughout the ceremony. Give palm leaf fans to your guests to stay cool.

To put all in the spirit of beach. Why not the waiters and waitresses dress in grass skirt and Hawaiian shirt? Even guests can also wear the Hawaiian Leis. Play beach music like Beach Boys and Dean and Jan. No doubt this festive celebration at the beach will delight your guests.
